As mentioned, most hydraulic cranes for sale are equipped with a two-gear pump. It is a hydraulic pump system that uses two rotating gears that pressurize the oil. The rotex gear is a common gear located under the cabin of the operator, allowing the rotation of the boom.
Although the outriggers are very efficient, some hydraulic cranes for sale are equipped with counterweights. The counterweights are detachable units and are mounted at the rear end of the hydraulic crane. They are efficient in preventing the crane from tipping over during lifting operations. The weight of the counterweight needed for a specific task is determined by the weight of the load. Keep in mind that the counterweights are attached and used during lifting operations only, and they need to be removed before the crane operators leave the job site.
