A recent study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology involving over 100,000 adults in China discovered that those who drank tea regularly were less likely to develop atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease or die prematurely from any cause compared to others over seven years. The association was notably evident among tea drinkers who drank the beverage at least three times per week.
